Roasted Rainbow Carrots with dill and garlic
Ingredients:
Rainbow Carrots
Chopped Dill
Minced garlic
Olive oil
Sea Salt
In a pan or baking sheet add your rainbow carrots. Take olive oil and splash it all over the carrots. Now add your chopped garlic, and dill. Shake the pan till they are all covered. Add sea salt. Bake at 400 till carrots are fork tender.
