Mozzarella Stuffed Garlic Rolls
Ingredients:
Pizza Dough
(You can make the dough homemade or buy)
1 brick of mozzarella
1/4 C Garlic Oil
(This is hard to find so just use butter and following seasonings)
Grated Parmesan
3 T Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
2 Tsp Italian Herbs
Directions:
Cut your mozzarella into medium chunks. You do not want them to big you have to wrap dough around them. Next roll your dough into a tube and cut it into chunks and then into thirds. Wrap one of the pieces of dough around one of the mozzarellas making sure you have a tight seal. Place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick. Keep wrapping the balls till you have filled the pan. Mix your garlic oil (or butter) with seasoning and brush the rolls with it. Bake it at 350 until its golden brown. Serve with sauce.
