Spanish Rice
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C White Rice
2 C Chicken Broth
1 C Water
1-14 oz can diced tomatoes with chilis
1/2 C diced green peppers
1/2 C diced red peppers
1 Onion Chopped
3 T Oil
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
2 Tsp Cumin
1 T Chili Powder
Directions:
In a pan put in your 3 T of oil and heat it up. Add in your rice, peppers, and onions. Cook till rice starts to turn golden and the peppers are soft. Add your water and chicken broth, can of tomatoes and your spices. Stir and then cover for half hour till rice is cooked and all the liquid is gone. Make sure you stir it every once in a while. Eat and enjoy!
