Stuffed Alfredo Shells
Ingredients:
1 box of large shells
1 jar of Alfredo sauce
2 cups of shredded chicken
1/2 C Shredded Parmesan
1/2 C Cheddar Cheese
3 T Garlic
Directions:
Cook your shells and drain them well and let them cool so you can handle them. While your shells are cooking and cooling, you can work on your filling. Take your already shredded chicken and put it in a bowl. Add your jar of alfredo sauce, cheese and garlic. Mix to combine it all. Once they are combined and the shells are cooled you can stuff the shells with alfredo mixture. Put them in a 9x13 baking dish and cook till the filling is heated and bubbly. Let them cool before serving. Serve with a salad and garlic bread.
