Sweet and Sour Crockpot Chicken over Rice
Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 bottles of Kikkoman Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 20 oz can of pineapple tidbits
1 green pepper chunked
1 red pepper chunked
1 T of brown sugar
1 T minced Garlic
Directions:
In the crock pot put your chicken breasts and both bottles of sweet and sour sauce. Let it cook for 4-5 hours until chicken can be shredded easy. Take it out and shred it and add it back into the crock pot and mix it up. Chop up your bell peppers and put them in a bowl. Take your pineapple that's in pineapple juice and drain it but make sure to keep the juice. Take your peppers and mix it in with your pineapple and pour it over your chicken and mix well. In a bowl combine your pineapple juice and brown sugar and pour it over the chicken. Cook on low for an hour and serve over rice.
