Buffalo Chicken Cheddar Melt
Ingredients:
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1 C Buffalo Sauce
Sandwiches:
1 loaf of sourdough bread
cheddar
ranch
shredded chicken
butter
Directions:
In your crock pot add your chicken and your buffalo sauce and cook on high for 4-6 hours. Then shred chicken. Take two pieces of bread spread butter on the outside of the bread and place it butter side down. Add shredded buffalo chicken and two slices of cheddar. Butter the second slice and place it butter side up. Cook till each side is golden brown. Cut in half and enjoy
