                                                                 Coconut Almond Granola


Ingredients:

4 C. Old Fashioned Oats

1 C Coconut

1/2 C chopped toasted almonds

1 C honey

1/4 C Brown sugar

2 T Oil

Directions:

In a bowl combine your oats, coconut, and almonds and set it aside. Take out another bowl and whisk your honey, brown sugar and oil and pour it into your dry ingredients. Mix till it is fully combined. Take a cookie sheet and line it with parchment paper and pour the granola mixture onto the cookie sheet. Spread it till you have an even layer. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until its golden brown. Take it out and let it cool. Once it's cool you can break it up and it will keep for a few weeks.  This makes a lot of granola. Eat and enjoy!
