Pantry Casserole
Ingredients:
Package of boneless skinless chicken tenders
1 box of Chicken Rice A Roni
(cooked according to the box)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 C French fried onions
Can of biscuits
*Melted butter to use at the end*
Directions:
Cut up your chicken tenders in pieces and cook them in a skillet and set it aside. Now cook your chicken rice a Roni according to directions on the box. When you have the chicken and Rice A Roni made, then you will add in the cream of chicken soup and stir till combined. Take your French-fried onions and add them to the chicken mixture. Put it in a casserole dish. Now take your biscuits and roll them out and cut it into strips. Layer them on top of the casserole. Brush with melted butter. Bake this at 350 until the biscuit are done.
