Lemon Pepper and Garlic Rice
Ingredients
1 1/2 C Rice
1 Onion Chopped
3 T Olive Oil
1 C Water
2 C Chicken Broth
1 T Lemon Pepper
1 T Garlic Powder
1/2 T Parsley
Salt to taste
Directions:
In a deep skillet put your olive oil in, and heat it up, add your rice and onion. Cook till onions are done and rice is golden. Pour in broth, water and seasonings, and stir combing all. Turn heat on low and cover it. Keep it covered till water is absorbed and rice is tender. Salt to taste. Enjoy!
