Crockpot Shredded Chicken Parm Sandwiches
Ingredients:
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Package of Wishbone Garlic and Herb seasoning Mix
Olive oil for rubbing chicken
1/4 C Water
1 Jar of Garlic and basil spaghetti sauce
1/4 C Shredded parm
1/3 c of grated parm
1 T Basil
1 tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Parsley
Sandwiches:
1/4 C Softened butter
4 T grated parm
1 Tsp garlic sea salt
Mozzarella slices
Shredded Parm
Soft rolls
Directions:
In the crock pot rub down the three chicken breast with olive oil, salt and pepper. Then top with the dry dressing mix. Cook on high for 4-6 hours till chicken falls apart. Take the chicken out and drain the liquid out of the crock pot. Now add your sauce, parm, basil, oregano, parsley and chicken. Stir till combined and cook till heated up.
Take your bread and spread your softened butter parm mixture and cook till golden. Add your shredded parm, chicken mixture, and a slice of mozzarella. Put on the top piece of the roll and cook till cheese is melted.
