Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
1 C Flour
1 C Sugar
1 Tsp baking powder
1 C Milk
1/2 stick of butter
Large can of peaches, drained and rinsed.
Sprinkle of apple pie spice
Directions:
In a bowl put in your melted butter, sugar and mix it well. Then add your flour, baking powder and milk and mix till it is smooth. Pour it into a small casserole dish. Cut up all the canned peaches and sprinkle the apple pie spice on them. Mix well. Pour them over the batter. Cook at 400 degrees till the batter is golden brown and it has risen. Let it cool and serve with ice cream.
