Pantry Casserole
Ingredients:
1 package of boneless skinless Chicken Tenders
2 T butter
1 box of Chicken Rice A Roni
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 C French fried onions
Canned biscuits
Directions:
Cut up your chicken tenders into chunks and add them to a skillet with butter, salt and pepper. When it's done set aside. Cook your Rice a Roni according to directions. Now, grab a big bowl and add your chicken, rice a Roni, cream of chicken soup, add your French-fried onions. Pour into a casserole dish. Now take out your canned biscuits and roll them flat and cut them into strips. Now lay the strips Criss cross over the casserole. Brush with butter and garlic salt. Bake at 350 till biscuits are done, and casserole is bubbling.
