Fruit Turnovers
*Before you make this, please take the pastry sheets out of the box and let them thaw. *
Ingredients:
1 box of frozen pastry sheets
1 can of blueberry pie filling
Water for sealing
Drizzle:
1 C Confectioners Sugar
1 T milk or water
Directions:
Unfold and rolls out the pastry dough and then slice to make four squares. Take a spoon and add a spoonful of the blueberry filling to the middle of the square. Dip your brush in water and run it around the square edge. Fold over to make a triangle. Take a fork and crimp the edges so that it seals. Place on a baking sheet and put them in the oven at 350 degrees. Bake till they are golden brown. Once they are cooled down you can mix the drizzle. Milk or water, and confectioners' sugar. Whisk till smooth and drizzle over the turnovers. You can use any fruit filling you want with these.
