Hawaiian Cheeseburger

                                                                 


Hawaiian Cheeseburger


Ingredients:

1 package of ground beef 

(Adjust it for your family)

1 can of Pineapple rings in pineapple juice

Bacon

Swiss Cheese

Caramelized onions


Directions:

Put your drained pineapple rings in a bowl. Save your pineapple juice. Mix your juice and teriyaki together, pour on top of pineapples. Let it marinate. While it's soaking up the wonderful flavors you can work on your patties. Start cooking your hamburgers, I prefer the grill, but skillet is fine too. When the burgers are done, top with Swiss cheese. Cook your bacon and set it aside. In a skillet that's clean add 3 T of olive oil and add thinly sliced onions. Heat and cook. Halfway through sprinkle with some sugar till the onions turn a nice caramel color. Set them aside in a bowl. Now take your pineapple slices and grill or use a skillet to cook them up. 

Now to assemble! Take a soft roll and put your hamburger on it, top with grilled pineapple, onions and bacon then add the top. Enjoy!
