Meatball subs
Meatball Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground beef
1 egg
ketchup
1 cup of oats
sprinkle Italian seasoning
Tomato Sauce:
1 Container of spaghetti sauce
1 large pepper diced
1 onion
1-2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 T Oregano
1 T Italian seasoning
1 T Basil
1 T Salt
Directions:
In a bowl combine your ground beef, egg, ketchup (just add till it looks good), oats, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Mix it up well. Once its mixed roll into meatballs and layer them in your crockpot. I would make larger meatballs and cut them in half for the subs. Pour the spaghetti sauce over the meatballs, then add your peppers, and onions. Sprinkle the seasonings over the sauce. Add your diced tomatoes. Stir it up a bit. Cook it on low for 6-8 hours or until meatballs are done.
Take your roll and put the cooked meatball in it, add mozzarella and all other toppings you would like. You can bake them or enjoy them as is.
