Pepperjack Bacon Potatoes
Ingredients:
4-5 whole potatoes washed
1/2 block of pepper jack cheese sliced
Bacon crumbled up.
(You can buy it already crumbled or do it yourself.)
Olive Oil
Directions:
Take your potatoes and wash them. Then make slices in the potatoes making the slices almost all the way down. Rub it with olive oil and salt on top. Bake it in the oven until the potatoes are soft and turning golden brown at 350-400 degrees. Next take your slices of pepperjack cheese and add it to the slices. Top with crumbled bacon. Put it back in the oven till its melted. Take it out of the oven and enjoy!
