Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
Ingredients:
2 C of sliced strawberries
2 cups of rhubarb
3/4 C Sugar
1/3 C Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Crusts (I buy mine)
Directions:
In a bowl add your sliced strawberries and rhubarb and add in your sugar, salt, and flour. Mix till combined. In a pie plate spray till its coated. Lay down the bottom crust. Pour in the strawberry mixture and even it out. Next you can either lay the top crust on it plain or do a lattice top. Just cut strips and do weaving of them. Brush it with egg. Wrap edges with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Let it sit for an hour or so and then eat and enjoy!
