Gluten Free Pizza Dough

* This flour worked really well for this pizza dough. It definitely feels different than regular flour dough however the taste was so good. Plus, I can eat the pizza without stomach pain. So, it is worth it. 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 C Warm Water
2 1/4 Tsp Yeast
2 Tsp Olive Oil
2 1/2 C Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:

In a bowl add half cup of warm water, and your yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until yeast activates. Then add one cup of water, olive oil, flour, salt and garlic powder. Mix till combined. You can knead it for a few minutes. Put it in a greased bowl and roll it in the oil then cover it. Let it rise for an hour. 

After an hour take your pizza dough and spread it on a greased pizza pan. We fork the dough personally, but you do not have to. I am so happy that I could eat pizza, and it didn't mess with my health.
