Brownie Swirl Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Brownie Crust:
Box of favorite brownie mix
Cheesecake:
2 packages of 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 C sugar
1/4 C Flour
3 eggs
1 C Sour Cream
1 Tsp vanilla
Bag of chocolate chips
Whipping Cream:
Carton of heavy whipping cream
2 1/2 T Sugar
3 Tsp Vanilla
Chocolate Strawberries:
Strawberries
Dipping Chocolate
Directions:
Mix up your brownie batter how it says on the box. Line the bottom of the spring form pan with parchment paper so you can easily get the crust off. Pour it into your springform pan. Bake for 15 minutes and take out of the oven.
In a bowl mix your cream cheese, sugar, flour, eggs, sour cream and vanilla till its smooth. Pour it on top of the brownie batter. Now take a double boiler or microwave and melt half a bag of the the chips. Pour it on top of the batter and use a knife to make a swirl pattern. Put it in the oven at 350 for 55 minutes until its firm in the middle. Let it cool on a cooling rack for 20 minutes
Now in a clean mixing bowl add your heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla till it comes to a stiff peak. Set it aside. Melt your other half of chocolate chips and dip your strawberries in it for the top. Add whip cream to the top and enjoy!!!
