Easy Chicken Parm
Ingredients:
7-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts split into thin pieces
1 stick of butter
2 C Italian style breadcrumbs
1/4 C grated parm
1 T Italian herb mix
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Toppings:
1 Jar of marinara sauce
1/4 C grated parm
Sprinkle of Italian herb seasoning
1 package of shredded mozzarella Italian blend
Directions:
In a bowl mix your Italian seasoned breadcrumbs in a bowl with seasonings, set it aside and pour it onto an aluminum covered cookie sheet. Melt your butter and take your chicken and dip it in the butter and then into the breadcrumbs. Put it into a glass baking dish. Bake for an hour at 350 degrees till chicken is done and golden. While it is baking, you can mix your marinara sauce, grated parm, seasonings. When the chicken is done, take it out and leave your oven on. Pour your sauce mixture over the chicken and then top with shredded cheese. Bake till cheese is bubbly and golden. Take out and enjoy.
