Tomato Basil Stuffed bread
Ingredients:
1 Loaf of French bread or your favorite Italian bread
1 Tomato chopped small
1 jar of pesto
1 bag of mozzarella
1 packet of Good seasons garlic and herb dressing mix
1 Stick of butter
Directions:
Take your bread and cut slits sideways and length ways so its Criss cross and set it aside. Now take your tomato and chop it small and set it aside. Take four spoonful of pesto and your chopped basil and mix it up with your tomatoes Take half of your mozzarella and stuff it into the cracks of the bread, making sure not to miss any of the cracks. Now take your tomato mixture and stuff it into all the cracks. Now take the rest of the cheese and stuff it into the bread. Melt your butter, seasonings and 2 spoonsful of pesto. Whisk till combined. Now brush it all over the bread and wrap it up in aluminum foil. Bake it till cheese is melted at 350 degrees. Uncover and brush with more butter and bake till golden.
