Fruit Puffs

Ingredients:

Pastry Puff Cups

1 Small can of blueberry filling

1 box of lemon pudding 

(make according to the box)


Lemon Whip Cream:

1 box of whipping cream

3 T sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

Bake the pastry puffs according to the directions. Once they are done, let them sit on a cooling rack till they are cool. Then take a knife and go around the circle on top. Put it off. Take a spoon and fill the bottom with blueberry pie filling, then take some of the whip cream and put it in a piping bag or spoon it in. Next top it with lemon pudding. Now pipe in a circle with whip cream. Keep going till they are all done. Garnish with grated lemon peel.
