Garlic Dill Green Beans with White Wine
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Fresh Green beans
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 T Dill
1 T Olive Oil
1/4 C white Wine
Sprinkle of Onion Powder
Sprinkle of Salt
Directions:
In a skillet put your 1T of olive oil and heat it up. Next do a rough chop of the garlic and add it to the skillet. Stir it around till it starts to turn golden. Add in your green beans, and dill weed. Toss to coat. Cook on medium heat. When green beans get nice and warm add in another tablespoon of olive oil and white wine. Then add your salt and onion powder. cook till the wine has been reduced. The green beans need to cook only till they are crisp not soggy. Enjoy!
